Sealing and lubrication of flat valve for water well drilling rig accessories

The thrust bearing of the flat valve of the accessories of the manual water well drilling rig uses lithium base grease. The consumption of the grease should be checked after each maintenance. If it is found to be deteriorated, contaminated or lacking, it should be replaced or supplemented immediately. The valve chamber should be flushed in time during each maintenance and refilled with sealing grease to lubricate the valve plate and valve seat. In the process of maintenance, if there is a slight leakage at the sealing part of the valve rod sealing packing, the sealing grease can be injected into the valve through the sealing grease injection valve on the valve cover to prevent the leakage, but the seal should be replaced in time after the construction is completed. Before refilling the valve with sealing grease, the internal pressure of the valve body must be considered first. The pressure of the high-pressure injection gun used must be greater than the internal pressure of the valve before the sealing grease can be injected successfully. Fill the injection gun with 7903 sealing grease and connect it to the injection valve on the valve bonnet through a hose. Operate the injection gun and inject sealing grease.
